give legal advice or accept fees for legal advice.

- Please consult an attorney if you have any questions about the document(s) you are

seeking to have notarized prior to setting an appointment.

General Notary Work

Base Travel Fee **

Includes first 0-10 miles of travel.

** Note: Mobile fees are still due and payable if signing does not occur for any reason when notary arrives or if an appointment is cancelled 30 minutes or less prior to scheduled time.

Mileage Rate

Per Mile

After the first 10 Miles. Calculated using one way total miles.

Real Estate & Loan Signing Documents

Seller, Buyer, Refinance, Reverse Mortgage, Loan Modification etc.

Prices range from $125 to $250 depending on location of signing and number of signers.

Fees include Document Printing, eDocs, Scanbacks, Escrow Drop Offs and Fedex/UPS/USPS (if shipping label is provided). If shipping label is to be provided by notary, cost of shipping will be added.

Additional Fees

Wait Time $50.00 per hour
To help ensure appointments remain on time, this charge will be added to the total due for every 15 minute period, or fraction there of, after the scheduled appointment time.

Hospital & Nursing Homes $20.00

Hotels $15.00

Returned Check/NSF Fee $30.00
